ROLE
A strong ability to lead a team of solution architects, influence stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision making and deliver pragmatic outcomes for a large and complex environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager at Correlate Resources:

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to advise on their strategic business technology options and drive domain/platform strategy.
  • Lead the IT Infrastructure architecture team and drive technology governance, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Provide solution architecture delivery through development and coordination, enabling continuous improvement and innovation.

SKILLS
The skills and experience you need for this Senior Manager role:

  • Demonstrated capability to structure complex problems and negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Team player who enjoys working at volume and pace with strong people management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing solution architecture teams within a large and complex environment.
  • A strong history of working within complex IT projects and across multiple project teams and domains.
