About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Storeperson to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of lubricants
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler and other depot staff
  • Schedule the local Lubricants Truck
  • Administer and process lubricant inventory responsibilities
  • Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Process day-to-day tasks and reports
  • Collaborate with operational support teams within the business

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration or a similar role
  • Forklift licence required
  • HR or LR licence minimum
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Experience in administration/warehousing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
