The successful candidate will have 5 dedicated hours per week to collaborate with Educators on curriculum planning and documentation, guide and mentor the team to uphold high standards, lead reflective practice to enhance learning outcomes, and promote community connections that enrich the learning environment.
You will work in a full-time floating position, supporting Educators across all age groups and rooms, bringing consistency, flexibility, and strong leadership to daily routines.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
- Deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content
- Leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Educators on curriculum planning and documentation

- Promote community connections that enrich the learning environment
