The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer with 4+ years of experience to join our corporate team in Melbourne. This role will involve working closely with experienced Partners who specialize in:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Equity capital markets
  • Corporate advisory
  • Joint ventures
  • Commercial arrangements
  • Restructures
  • General commercial and corporate contracts

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing sound, pragmatic, and innovative legal advice to our corporate clients
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Conducting legal due diligence, including drafting due diligence reports
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Providing excellent contract drafting skills, legal analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Having a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
