- Developing and facilitating a structured training program; providing hands-on support and educating people with disabilities and their families, where appropriate.
- High level clinical assessment and review of client specific supports to flexibly adapt, develop or deliver education material responsively to ensure client safety and staff competency.
- Developing an education framework that meets the governing standards mandated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission.
- Providing professional support and development of a clinical nature to the specialist services nursing workforce.
- Providing regular assessment of staff skills in relation to providing client focused supports.
