We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to lead our school community at Christ Our Holy Redeemer. As a Principal, you will be responsible for inspiring and enabling students, staff, and families to flourish within a Catholic context.
The successful candidate will have a strong faith leadership background, with experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and school management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and the wider community.

We cater for 144 students and provide a comprehensive curriculum that caters to their diverse needs. Our school's priority is for all students to see themselves as life-long learners who are empowered and confident to successfully meet the demands of the future.

Key Selection Criteria- Evidence of strong senior faith leadership and instructional leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to determine and implement evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curriculum.
- Evidence of unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace that prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all.
- Displays a strong commitment to enrollment growth, financial stability, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated understanding and enactment of legislative and systemic compliance requirements applicable to all Catholic schools.
- Shows attributes of justice and compassion in setting high standards for self and others in the leadership of pastoral care and the provision of an engaging education.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills to enable team growth and development, champion innovation and improvement to support continuous learning.
