Part-time Educational Leader Role

As an Educational Leader, you will work with and support a team of passionate Educators. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space.

This part-time role requires someone who has a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care. They should thrive working within a team and enjoy having some fun along the way. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, passionate, and inspiring leader.

About the Position

In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Educational Leader role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
