We are seeking a highly skilled Aboriginal Counsellor to join our team. The successful applicant will have a comprehensive understanding of Aboriginal cultures and community needs, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

The role involves providing direct counselling to identified clients, collaborating with local service providers to develop programs related to engaging with the local Aboriginal communities, and acting as a cultural broker in the work of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures and community needs, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
