About the Role

  • Collaborate with the wellbeing team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to resident care, working together to create a supportive and inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs that align with the needs and preferences of our residents, including activities such as exercise classes, workshops, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking resident engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
