Senior Marketing Manager, Home Health

">About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy for Home Health that drives growth and maximizes customer acquisition, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and revenue opportunities.

This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can build awareness and consideration for Home Health and its partner brands, positioning Australian Unity as the provider of choice in the industry.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and revenue opportunities.
  2. Build brand affinity for Home Health and position the business as a provider of choice across all categories.
  3. Delve into market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improve service offerings.
  4. Deliver a comprehensive strategy to retain and satisfy existing customers, promoting loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
  5. Ensure seamless integration of customer experience across all channels and platforms.
  6. Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Executives for Home Health and wider group executives.

  • A postgraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
