Operations Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Operations Assistant Manager to join our team at a 600-unit storage facility. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the facility.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and resolve queries promptly. They should also have strong organisational skills, accurate filing and record-keeping abilities, and proven experience in a retail environment or as a manager.

The role involves conducting routine site safety checks, maintaining accurate records, and performing minor maintenance tasks. You will also work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and organised individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
