About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team as a Cybersecurity and Risk Management Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our integrated management system, meeting and exceeding the ISO 27001 standard.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the guardian of our integrated management system, ensuring that everything we do meets and exceeds the ISO 27001 standard. You will be the go-to person for developing, implementing, and constantly improving our processes, mitigating security risks and ensuring our information security assets are safeguarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain our ISMS in accordance with ISO27001 and 9001 standards
  • Plan, conduct and manage our ISO accreditation
  • Ensure relevant policies, procedures and awareness is strong across the organisation
Risk & Compliance
  • Maintain our Risk Management Framework, providing support, knowledge and management across the organisation
  • Ensure risks & incidents are reported, assessed and managed and associated treatment plans are in place and tested
  • Develop and manage all annual monitoring processes
  • Support the CIRT and their diligence on incident management
Continuous Improvement & Quality
  • Enhancing our view of quality in what we do – specifically related to related policies, adoption, awareness and action on Cyber, Infosec and ISO
  • Constantly look for areas to streamline and improve our quality, risk, cyber and compliance practices
  • Support and generate organisations quality systems by developing and refining our quality management systems and approach
Privacy
  • Monitor all relevant legislation and act as our Company Privacy Officer
  • Develop relevant training and deploy that training to our teams
  • Manage all complaints and/or incidents
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations and security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and compliant solutions.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and privacy regulations with ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a multi-skilled team environment
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality and/or Information Security management
  • Established commercial and risk acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (9001 or 27001)
  • Experience maintaining certification or proven experience in project management
Qualifications (Desired)
  • Qualifications in Quality Assurance, Risk Management
  • ISO Lead Auditor (9001 or 27001)
