  • Manage maintenance and repair of farm equipment, sourcing parts competitively.
  • Implement breeding and raising programs for livestock in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in managing mixed crop and livestock farms.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with farm managers, agronomists, and team members.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
