Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Northern Territory PHN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients, including health promotion and maintenance.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Assist doctors with surgical procedures and provide wound management skills.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, such as blood pressure monitoring and ECG.
- Manage stock and cold chain, and perform venipuncture as required.
- Current unconditional registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Nurse.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Clear understanding of Practice Management systems.
- Chronic Disease management and triage processes.
- Competitive hourly rate between $32- $45.
