Aircraft Support Instructor Role

Our team at the Army Aviation Training Centre is seeking an experienced Aircraft Support Instructor to join us.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and assessment of IETs in accordance with extant policy, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • They will perform Qualified Assessor and Trade Testing Officer functions, review and amend courseware and handouts as required, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The role involves assisting with the review and amendment of LMP, understanding and complying with Defence environmental management policy and practices, and contributing to a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or higher, and relevant experience in Defence systems and publications. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
