Visionary Clinical Solutions Architect

">Key Responsibilities">- Lead technical innovation behind industry-leading imaging solutions, AI-powered clinical platforms, and precision medicine technologies that set new standards in GI research.
- Owning the technical vision and execution of our clinical platforms and imaging technologies that accelerate the development of life-changing treatments for IBD and other GI conditions.
Main duties include defining the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for clinical platforms, AI solutions, and data systems. This involves architecting enterprise-grade, cloud-native solutions maintaining regulatory compliance and standards.
">Other key responsibilities include utilizing software development standards, quality protocols, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe delivery. Overseeing technology stack selection, infrastructure choices, and integration strategies is also crucial.
">Product Innovation">The role requires developing partnerships, overseeing, and driving development of solutions for clinical research, including AI/ML models and computer vision platforms. Collaborating with clinical teams to identify technology opportunities that differentiate services and improve trial efficiency is vital.
">Leading the development of imaging and clinical services solutions, partnering with product management to translate business requirements into compliant technical specifications and solutions, and establishing KPIs for development velocity, quality, and customer satisfaction are also essential responsibilities.
">Team Development">Building and mentoring high-performing software engineering teams delivering mission-critical clinical software is a critical aspect of this role. Recruiting top engineering talent across software development, AI/ML, and data engineering, establishing engineering culture, processes, and career pathways promoting technical excellence, and fostering cross-functional collaboration are also key responsibilities.
">Strategic Execution">Aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and clinical research goals, managing development budgets, resources, and timelines for successful project delivery, and communicating technical concepts to executive leadership and clinical partners are all important aspects of this role.
