About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our team in Darwin. As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring exceptional customer focus, experience in being a user and promoter of technology, ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, willingness to work in a collaborative team environment, sound understanding of compliance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Bring
  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
