
Insurance Claims Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of claims to deliver timely outcomes for each customer. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to customers, their medical specialists and other authorized representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage claims to ensure timely resolutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Accurately interpret policy terms and determine entitlements and liability
- Determine benefit entitlements throughout the duration of the claim
- Manage risk, meet policy requirements, and adhere to established processes and procedures
- Has extensive experience in life insurance claims management and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Has achieved a high level of Delegated Authority reflecting consistently strong performance
- Experience working in a collaborative environment is essential
- Knowledge of claims processes, policy definitions, and investigation techniques is desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology is also beneficial
