Insurance Leadership Role

The Principal Insurance Adviser plays a pivotal role in driving and leading a team of service-focused professionals delivering exceptional client experiences and outcomes.

Leveraging technical expertise and commercial acumen, this individual will lead a national team to provide high-level service and advice to new and existing clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.

This key position involves managing client workflow and complexity while fostering an environment of continuous learning and development within the team.

  • Support the business's advice philosophy and service delivery by actively participating in activities around brand management, marketing, and relationship building.

Achieve agreed annual targets with upfront revenue and recurring revenue related to ongoing advice fees, insurance fees, and client acquisition.

This role benefits from a high level of internal support, including dedicated administration teams and comprehensive back-office functions.
