Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Team Leader to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will oversee and manage security operations within our corporate site, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of security officers, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and response to incidents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate.
- Current NSW Security licence.
- Proven experience in a security leadership role.
- Strong understanding of security systems and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and manage high-pressure situations.
- High standards of presentation and grooming.
- High level computer literacy skills.
