We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coating Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for working with metal surfaces and achieving high-quality finishes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying a smooth and even coat of powder to various metal surfaces, ensuring that the finished product meets our stringent quality standards.

To achieve this, the Powder Coating Specialist will need to apply powder coatings using manual or automated equipment, prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary, and operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.

This role requires strong determination and a can-do attitude, as well as effective communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

In exchange for their hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.00+ and penalty rates apply. Full-time position with a casual work arrangement available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply powder coatings to metal surfaces using manual or automated equipment
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in production and 1 year of experience in powder coating
  • Strong determination and can-do attitude
  • Passion for hands-on work and new challenges
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Work Arrangements:

  • Full-time position
  • Casual work arrangement available

Remuneration:

Hourly rate: $35.00+
