Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Associate. In this capacity, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and goals, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a key member of our lending strategy team, assisting in the development and implementation of credit analytics and servicing initiatives.
- Maintain and retain existing client relationships, including managing the retention strategy for the client base.
- Support sales and growth targets while providing exceptional client service to our core client base.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their overall lending needs, manage each transaction from application to settlement, including lending strategy, credit approval, documentation, and settlement process.
- Contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of the client retention strategy, including marketing initiatives (client retention KPI).
- Work closely with administrative support and provide mentoring and coaching as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Cert IV in mortgage broking and finance broking
- Relevant work experience, ideally in sales or processing roles within broking businesses, banks, or other financial services companies
- Able to deliver under tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurized environment
- Focused on putting the client at the center of all activities.
- Always operates in an ethical and responsible manner
- Embracing the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our business.
- Degree qualification in a relevant field
- Certification in mortgage broking and finance broking
- Proven experience in sales or processing roles
