Spudbar is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Effectively communicate product knowledge and promotions to customers
- Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including afternoons, days, mornings, nights, public holidays, rotating roster, and weekends
- Australian work authorization preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
