Teaching Opportunity:

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team as a Classroom Teacher. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a significant role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their academic growth.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all students. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching other teachers to support staff development and expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of content knowledge and pedagogical practices. You should be able to model exemplary classroom practice and provide expert advice on content, processes, and strategies for individual and school professional learning.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will participate in policy development and assist in its implementation. You will teach your own classes and assist with co-curricula activities such as camps and excursions.

In addition to teaching, you will be expected to contribute to the school program beyond the classroom. This may include supervising and training student teachers, providing guidance on curriculum development, and participating in parent/teacher meetings and staff meetings.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work under general direction within clear guidelines, following established work practices and documented priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. They will have a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery, as well as experience in mentoring and coaching others.

A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
