We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal & Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our Legal team, you will provide administrative support to the General Counsel / Company Secretary and contribute to the coordination of legal and company secretarial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide timely preparation and submission of company secretarial documentation, including ASIC filings, board resolutions, and minutes of meeting, to meet compliance, reporting, and regulatory standards.
- Coordination and Organization: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as processing and recording of legal firm provider invoices, legal and regulatory team event management, and General Counsel calendar scheduling.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements within the legal and regulatory team from an administrative perspective.
- Document Management: Maintain safe custody filing systems for original documents, such as contracts, deeds, and guarantees.
- Time Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role supporting a legal team.
- Communication Skills: Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, prioritize, and influence outcomes.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
