Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and high-quality management of contracting activities.

The role involves managing the development and performance monitoring of commissioned services contracts, as well as input into planning, design, and procurement stages of the commissioning cycle.

To excel in this position, you will have a strong background in contract management and project delivery, with experience in scoping, planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting on, and evaluating projects/contracts.

You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to tailor your approach to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

A post-secondary qualification in contract management, procurement, business management, or a related field would be highly desirable, but not essential if you have equivalent experience in a similar role.
