Job Title: Home Care Specialist

Overview

At a reputable aged care organisation, we are seeking skilled Home Care Specialists to deliver exceptional care and support services to elderly clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Domestic Assistance
  • Personal Care
  • Social Support
  • Respite

Requirements

  • Negotiable shifts
  • NSW Drivers Licence
  • Reliable car which is registered and insured
  • Clear police check less than 3 months old
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (OR completed first-year study toward it)
  • Minimum of 3 months of paid experience working within the Aged Care or Community care sector
  • Be available to work a minimum of 4 days per week
