About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Beach House, Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and training your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistently excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage and train a team of staff to achieve high standards of food and beverage service
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor scheduling
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Current RSA accreditation and a strong understanding of liquor laws and regulations
