As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Owners and guests have a memorable dining experience at our Beaches Restaurant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Assist with training, recruitment, and other supervisory duties as needed.
  • Contribute to the company's vision of putting the world on vacation by delivering superior and personalized customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • A current Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
  • Sound knowledge of the local area and local attractions.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public, and school holidays.
