Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sunshine Coast Relocation Sales Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a proven track record in international relocation sales.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing relocation quotes, conducting in-home inspections, and promoting our services to meet client needs.

You will be part of a long-standing team that consistently delivers high-quality results, and your ability to manage time, coordinate schedules, and build rapport with clients will be essential to your success.

  1. Conducting in-home inspections from qualified warm appointments
  2. Formulating pricing and proposals tailored to clients' needs
  3. Promoting our full suite of services to meet client needs
  4. Encouraging customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement
  5. Maintaining exemplary customer service throughout
About You

Ideally, you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-focused approach.

  • Experience in international relocation sales is advantageous
  • Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and spatial estimation skills
  • The ability to follow best-practice processes and strive for continuous improvement
  • Enjoy working independently and be results-driven
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Reside on the Sunshine Coast, preferably in the Coolum area
  • A valid vehicle license and own vehicle
