**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a **Personal Care Worker, **you will be responsible for:

- Tailored in-home support for our clients’ needs
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Personal care, mobility assistance and social support
- Assisting with domestic duties
- Providing transport, and accompanying client within the community

To be successful you must hold:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or equivalent
- National criminal history/police check
- Industry applicable licences (eg. Blue Card & NDIS Card)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Minimum of 2 COVID vaccinations
- Open drivers licence and reliable transportation
