You'll build strong relationships with job seekers, employers, and community organizations to maximize job opportunities. Your excellent customer service skills will help create a clear pathway to employment for those in need.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Identify and develop job seekers' skills and abilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Create and implement joint job plans to support employment pathways
- Build relationships with local employers and community organizations

**Requirements**

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
