Opportunity for a Healthcare Security Specialist to provide comprehensive security services and assistance to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors whilst protecting the physical assets of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary response to fire alarms and other emergencies, under direction of Chief Emergency Warden.
  • Guarding, watching, and patrolling to ensure that the facility's security integrity is maintained, keeping an accurate record of daily activities/incidents in official notebooks, security logs, etc.
  • Actively contributing to the de-escalation of patient responses, behaviour and incidents utilising endorsed evidenced-based contemporary practices.
