Strategic Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Executive to join our team in New South Wales or Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our Australian Dealer Network, identifying new sales opportunities, and growing our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop competitive and profitable sales proposals and tender documents to achieve sales targets.
- Support our Dealer Network to achieve departmental sales budget and business plan.
- Increase sales revenue by supporting dealers to grow their business in respective territories.
- Nurture personal relationships with Dealers to increase sales and grow their business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and work with the Sales Manager to convert them into sales.
- Manage CRM systems to track activity in sales channels.
- Become the go-to person for account-related queries both internally and externally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with Project Management teams to ensure smooth operation processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within sales and account management processes.
- Measure and track territory performances and establish working plans to turn around under-performing areas.
- Previous experience in a sales role in the Rural Infrastructure industry; experience in the water storage industry is highly regarded.
- Proven sales or account management success.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, and social media platforms.
- Analytical aptitude with demonstrated experience in business mapping and execution.
- Results-driven attitude.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
