The role of Banking Consultant involves providing customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
As a key member of the retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied and strong advocates for our bank.
You will work collaboratively with the team to act as a role model and peer coach, delivering the best possible customer experience and contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on banking products and services
- Building relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals
- Identifying and recommending appropriate banking solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Exceptional customer focus and retail experience
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, including digital channels
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
