We are seeking experienced heavy-duty fitters to join our team on a permanent basis, working a 2/1 continuous shift roster (days & nights), FIFO ex Perth.

The role predominantly focuses on servicing, repair, and ongoing reliability enhancement of mining haul trucks, water carts and service trucks, together with wheel loaders, track and wheel dozers and other ancillary equipment used throughout the site for the movement of ore and product.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Servicing, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty mechanical equipment
  • Performing diagnostic testing and fault finding
  • Undertaking routine maintenance and preventative work
  • Assisting in the improvement of equipment reliability and efficiency

This is a high-priority role within the organization, requiring a strong background in heavy-duty mechanical trades. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our heavy-duty equipment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Heavy Duty Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Computing Skills (Technical & Diagnostic software)
  • A current WA HR Drivers Licence
  • HRWL - LF, EWP
  • Understanding of SAP
