Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake the role of Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic. The primary responsibility is to diagnose, repair and maintain company vehicles and machinery efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of heavy vehicles and heavy machinery
  • Maintenance of company assets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and independently
Requirements:
  • Suitable Trade Qualification or Certification
  • Minimum 1 year's qualified industry experience
  • Demonstrated working experience with heavy vehicles and heavy machinery (Kenworth, Volvo & Mack Prime Movers, end-tippers, Tankers, flat top trailers, Cats, Cummins etc.)
  • National Police Clearance and Traffic History Report
  • Good mechanical aptitude and prior experience in ports, heavy transport or mining environments
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
