The role of Project Financial Lead involves overseeing the financial aspects of a significant CAPEX project.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all project finances, including budgeting and forecasting for the CAPEX spend.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide timely financial analysis to inform key business decisions and project strategy.
As a qualified finance professional, you will have:
- Strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of financial controls.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with construction and finance teams.
- A proactive approach, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
Key qualifications include experience as a Financial Controller in a similar project-based finance role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
