This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the rental branch, with a focus on maintaining assets, preparing vehicles for hire, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and prepared for hire in a timely manner.
  • Support fleet operations, ensuring compliance with safety, audit, and risk management standards.
  • Oversee vehicle collection, delivery, and yard presentation to maintain a high level of service.
  • Provide daily reports on vehicle availability, cleanliness, and maintenance activities to the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to carry out vehicle checks.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and administration tasks.
  • Physical capability to conduct manual lifting and minor repairs on assets.
  • Customer service experience, ideally in the transport or rental sector.
  • MR driver's license or willingness to obtain, and a forklift ticket (or the ability to get one).
