
Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering direct care to consumers with mental health issues, as well as participating in the development and implementation of nursing care plans. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and contribute to the growth and development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with our organisational values and policies.
* Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans that meet the needs of consumers with mental health issues.

Requirements:
* A Diploma in Enrolled Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the relevant registering authority.
* Recent experience in mental health nursing or a related field.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
