This is a fast-paced, high-volume Ecommerce setup where content output directly impacts sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Style and direct all visual content for Ecommerce campaigns including product photography, flat lay, and ghost mannequin.
  • Take ownership of the styling and shoot process from prep and logistics through to execution and post-shoot feedback.
  • Manage shoot logistics: product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines.
  • Lead shoot day execution and image selection to ensure output is commercially strong.
  • Coordinate with external talent (models, HMUAs, photographers) and internal teams.
  • Provide feedback on retouching and editing to align with brand and conversion standards.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient studio environment ready to scale.
