We're now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist - Community Services to join our dynamic People and Culture team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our recruitment strategy, working closely with our service leaders to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers in the recruitment process, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, leveraging contemporary recruitment practices such as employment branding, selection methodologies, and broad talent sourcing.
  • Collaborate with our internal corporate partners to deliver high-quality recruitment services, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including job boards and industry networks, to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Provide input into the development of our careers website and EVP, ensuring alignment with our organisational values and culture.
  • Contribute to the delivery of strategic recruitment priorities and projects, working closely with our HR Lead and Recruitment Partner.

About You

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional community services and is committed to making a real difference in people's lives. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in recruitment coordination, preferably in a large organisation with experience in professional services, senior corporate, IT, and Finance.
  • The ability to leverage contemporary recruitment practices and inform our own strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop engaging content and job ads that appeal to our target audience.
  • Experience with e-Recruitment systems and reporting mechanisms, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
