About this opportunity

You'll play a key role in servicing Australian businesses, keeping millions of people connected, and building community resilience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing customer sales and service transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Managing high-value transactions, including cash handling and processing.
  • Conducting and processing identity services transactions, such as Australian Passport Interviews.
  • Promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.
  • Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costs.
  • Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
  • Assisting with administrative duties, such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

About you

You should be friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with experience in customer service and/or cash handling. You must also be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
