  • As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will play a key role in assisting the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
  • You will assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
  • You will support ensuring your program is compliant according to industry regulations.
  • You will interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible.
  • You will engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.
  • You will co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for kids, loads of energy and a love to have fun.
  • Strong team player skills with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, although not essential as we can train you.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • A desire for stable, permanent part time hours - up to 25 per week.
