About the Role:

You'll oversee the effective delivery and governance of performance, recognition, and reward processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

As a leader, you'll drive the delivery of performance and recognition processes, provide expert advice on various topics, and support initiatives promoting employee experience and culture.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  1. Leading performance and reward activities and projects, including cycles, tools, incentives, recognition, benefits, and pay equity analysis
  2. Providing timely and quality services and expert advice on performance and reward topics aligned with our policies
  3. Assisting in designing, developing, and implementing performance and reward-related initiatives and strategies, including contributing to frameworks and strategies
  4. Evaluating performance and reward matters and associated risks to guide stakeholders and implement mitigation measures
  5. Driving integration, change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives for value delivery across our organization
  6. Ensuring regular reporting and insights on progress against key priorities
  7. Managing costs within budget to balance effectiveness and efficiency
  8. Leads risk culture through proactive identification, reporting, and management of current/emerging risks according to our risk frameworks
  9. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment complying with all people, health, and wellbeing policies
