We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Coordinator to join our team at our manufacturing site in Botany. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sanitation checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular cleaning validations to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Contracted Cleaning teams to ensure effective sanitation practices
  • Review and manage chemical use to minimize environmental impact
  • Provide support to the operations team to ensure adherence to quality assurance daily KPIs
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Food Science/Technology or related discipline
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, food safety, or production roles in a food manufacturing environment
  • Sound understanding of sanitation and housekeeping standards
  • High level attention to detail and excellent communication skills
