Client Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from brief to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and effective resource planning and allocation.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain and update project trackers and status reports to keep teams and stakeholders informed.
- 2+ years' experience as a project manager or in a similar client management role within a production agency.
- Personable and able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- We strive for excellence and take calculated risks to push what's possible.
- We collaborate with colleagues and clients to create better work, leading with empathy and openness to feedback.
