Christmas Casual Role

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Christmas Casual team in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customers have a positive experience in-store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, process stock, and assist with merchandising and visual displays.
  • Represent the brand in a fun, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to store operations and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • No prior customer service experience is required; however, a great personality, willingness to learn, and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to complete tasks.
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills and a passion for retail and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
