- Control inventory and maintain the upkeep of all plant and equipment
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and sales skills

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and merchandising
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Accurately record customer information and compile orders for collection or delivery
- Identify solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Possess a collaborative approach in all aspects of business
- Implement stock control procedures to ensure timely receipt and placement of goods
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
- Work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Develop cold calling skills to drive sales growth
