Customer Service Representative

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Visy's Dandenong site.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the New Work requirements, ensuring a smooth onboarding of new products and timely updates to existing products.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Production, Design & Suppliers to resolve any issues arising with new product setups.
- Daily coordination with Sales, Art Houses and Production teams to organize new /existing tooling, art for new and existing product alterations.
- Facilitate product changes initiated by the production and design teams & tooling transfers within sites together with the tooling department.
- Provide daily updates to the Sales & Production team on progress of tooling.
- Maintain accuracy of job card information as required.
- Establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers and possess exceptional communication skills.
- Maintain an elevated level of accuracy in all activities and a strong team attitude.
- Assist the team during peak periods or when team members are away, ensuring continuous coverage and maintaining high service standards.
- Facilitate team projects.
- Assist customer service team based on requirements.
Requirements
- Great communication skills.
- High level of accuracy.
- Willingness to learn with on-the-job training.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
- Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
