Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Visy's Dandenong site.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the New Work requirements, ensuring a smooth onboarding of new products and timely updates to existing products.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team, Production, Design & Suppliers to resolve any issues arising with new product setups.
  • Daily coordination with Sales, Art Houses and Production teams to organize new /existing tooling, art for new and existing product alterations.
  • Facilitate product changes initiated by the production and design teams & tooling transfers within sites together with the tooling department.
  • Provide daily updates to the Sales & Production team on progress of tooling.
  • Maintain accuracy of job card information as required.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Maintain an elevated level of accuracy in all activities and a strong team attitude.
  • Assist the team during peak periods or when team members are away, ensuring continuous coverage and maintaining high service standards.
  • Facilitate team projects.
  • Assist customer service team based on requirements.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn with on-the-job training.
  • Experience with Microsoft office.
  • Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
